put your head, arms and body
on living grass

It’s an amazing feeling.
how cool the shady shade
cool and porous
a breeze softly descending
leaves moving in unison
to a silent rhythm.
Slow down
and make space
in your clutter
to look, feel and really see
stop the blur
take a moment
to lie under a tree
and look up.
